In 2022, Bill founded INPurpose Coaching, a company rooted in the belief that everyone can find, connect, and act in purpose to impact the world for good.

Bill earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University. His career began in Fortune 100 marketing and later led him into global nonprofit leadership in Geneva, Switzerland.

He is a certified career coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) — the global standard in professional coaching — and works with professionals across industries and life stages to help them navigate transitions, reset when they’re feeling stuck, and align their careers with what matters most.
